Competition

The event was held over two days with half the teams going on Saturday 30 November and the other half on Sunday 1 December.  Each team had 2 riders doing Prelim 7 and two doing Nov 30.  Carol Alford on Amarna took first place in her arena with a score of 69.62%

Our teams were not placed but there was some good riding.  Meon Diamonds: Veronica Wilson on Black Betty, Penny Briggs on Walena Keltic Warrior (both prelim), Katie Burton on Well Done You and Sarah Pook on Top Pride (both novice).  Meon Stars: Trish Nimmon on White Cloud, Emma Bowley on Killagha Thomas Ashe (both prelim), Louisa Stevenson on Dion, Carol Alford on Amarna.  Louisa upped her game and stepped in at the last moment when Sam McEwan could not take part and Penny took the place of Gemma Groves as Bling was unwell.
