Results:  Members show SJ Show Results Sept 2014

A great day was had by all at Lower Peake for our second members’ only show jumping show.  Huge thanks to everyone who helped, both on the day and setting up,  especially Janet Irving who judged the classes and to Kath Havering who was a tireless pole picker for all classes.  The atmosphere was terrific with the usual Meon friendliness, jumping good and lots of cakes and elderflower cordial were consumed (Margaret Hird made plenty of cupcakes to add to my rock cakes and coffee butterfly cakes).  The weather was just right and even if you were eliminated you were allowed to complete the course – a real bonus to be able to do this and to some it was an advantage in the next class when Sarah’s new fillers were a bit less scary.  Definitely will hold it again next year so watch for the date.  Penny Briggs
