How about starting the 2022 New Year by prioritising yourself and your fitness for riding? Come and join Ali Hinchcliffe, an APPI trained Pilates instructor and life long equestrian enthusiast, who is excited to be running classes specifically for horse riders. Ali will take you through a 6 week course to help aid awareness of your posture for day to day life and in the saddle, get your body moving and wake up some important muscles that can help you become a more symmetrical and effective rider. The course will be aimed at beginners, starting gently and progressing over the 6 weeks – if you have previous experience with Pilates though, Ali will be able to offer more difficult adaptations during the class, so don’t let that put you off!
