INITIAL ASSESSMENT – Simple warm up exercises on circles and straight lines in all three gaits, wearing the visualise training jacket to review your current rider symmetry. This will be videoed and played back to you at the time so you can also see how you sit and move.
10 MINUTES OFF HORSEBACK where we will assess your pelvis symmetry and then perform some exercises to help you activate the key muscle groups you need for your riding. (PPE will be used for this part of the session to keep us both safe).
FURTHER REVIEW, BACK ON THE HORSE of your symmetry post activation with the use of activation bands if necessary. Again, this will be videoed and played back to you so you can see the different before and after.
FINAL discussion including what to do next – exercises and activation techniques to help you at home. The videos will also be sent to you for your own reference.
Jennie will supply a biomechanics jacket for you to wear. She has multiples for COVID safety.
